All of our products are non-refundable. Exchanges are available for items, if damaged. 

Exchanges for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us (info@escapehavenandco.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item. A photo must be submitted, before a replacement is issued out.
